The Keyence AP-V80W is a versatile digital pressure sensor amplifier built for high-pressure and differential pressure applications in industrial settings. Designed for easy integration, it features a clear dual-row LED display, multiple mounting options, and both NPN/PNP outputs alongside a 4–20 mA analog output. Its wide pressure detection range (-14.5 to 7,250 PSI) makes it suitable for monitoring air, gases, and liquids, while its rugged construction ensures durability in challenging environments. Running on 12–24 VDC, the AP-V80W delivers reliable performance for precise pressure monitoring and control.

Detecting a clogged filter

A single amplifier with two sensor heads can detect the pressure drop between the points where the first and second sensor heads are attached.

The amplifier features two sets of ON/OFF outputs as standard

OUT1 is used to detect the pressure difference between the two points.

OUT2 is used to detect the pressure at the first point (higher pressure). This eliminates the need for a sensor dedicated to base pressure control.

Full stainless steel structure

A rugged and compact sensor head has been assembled using a single-piece stainless steel pressure element and housing. The AP-V80W Series can be used for most fluids, such as air mist, water, and oil. In addition, the compact design saves mounting space.

Compact & Light weight:

Since the sensor heads can resist temperatures up to 100°C (212°F) , they can be used reliably for hot fluids. Seven models are available for detecting various pressure ranges from -29.9 inchHg (vacuum side) to 7250 PSI.
